MENTAL HEALTH is a community issue. Each member of the community needs to be educated effectively. For this reason, The Rogue & Rouge Foundation offer presentations & workshops not only tailored for schools but also for corporate groups, community organisations, local service providers and parents/teachers. Each workshop is conducted by professionals including assistance from our partnered community organisations to conduct particular sessions.

COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS
Education is key to not only changing yourself, but changing communities. We believe in a holistic approach to change, therefore hold community workshops every 2 months (dependant on interest) which cover the topics of;
- Understanding mental health
- How to support a friend or family member
- Information session for parents and teachers
- Positive thinking
- Nutrition and fitness
- Yoga and meditation

4 DAY COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS (Rural and Regional)
Are you support worker, council member or teacher from a regional, rural or remote community? We understand you have specific challenges and hardships and have created a program that takes a full community approach towards change. Interested? Let us know
