The Get Real Leadership Program is a series of 4 seminars that helps school leaders understand how to lead authentically. Truly great leaders have the capacity to find strength in vulnerability - and each and every one of us has the ability to do this. Each student is a leader in their own right. After working with over 70 000 young people across Australia, The Rogue & Rouge Foundation realise that leadership can take many forms. It's tapping into a students stregnths and harnassing passion that truly creates more positive and productive cultures. This program aims to help young people identify their motivations behind their leadership roles.
"Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other." — John F. Kennedy

3. Effective Engagement
As a leader it's important to understand how to lead and engage others effectively. Siminar three will arm students with the tools and resources to help engage fellow students to create genuine and impactful social and cultural change.
